Orenburg Project Management, LLC was established in 2006.
From the moment of foundation till August 13, 2010 the Company had the title “Cluster project” LLC. In August 2010, upon the decision of the shareholders meeting, “Cluster project” LLC was renamed to “Orenburg Project Management” LLC (abbreviated name “Orenburg PM”, LLC). The company title change came from the strategic change of the main founder — “OrenBurg” CJSC, as well as was associated with development of a new company business trend — EPC Projects management.

Company has offices in Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk, Khabarovsk and Moscow.
Company is the engineering center of OrenBurg CJSC Holding, concentrating EPC projects management processes.
Company possesses own technical base completely equipped for complex engineering surveys provision in any region of the country.
Company Design department is responsible for design documentation development, acceptance and support of technical solutions during the whole life cycle of the project from idea to realization — starting from pre-design (feasibility study) to design documentation support in expertise authorities and author supervision in the process of C&A operations.
